I’ve been in and around our poker offering for the past 11 years, initially managing our customers, then our business analysts, working with them to get the best possible product to our end users. A lot of what I currently do still relates to that – but in the form of defining and delivering analytics and insights into the poker product. It’s my job (supported by a brilliant team of analysts) to collect the big data, help us understand the player’s needs, responses and behaviours and help drive software and player experience improvements from there.
