Daniel Camus Out in 3rd Place (€24,100)

Daniel Camus was down to just 995k on the button, and thus stuck the whole lot in with Th 8h. Unfortunately for him, Alex Hendriks had woken up with Jh Jd in the small blind and re-shoved. After a bit of soul-searching from Jussi Mattila in the big blind with 4c 4d (he eventually folded), Camus and Hendriks went to showdown.

Board: Qc 2d 3c 5c 9d

Not even a sweat for Camus, but rather a swift and clinical end to his MPNPT run. Nevertheless, the three-way deal he did means that he goes home to Belgium with €24,100 rather than the €18,000 that third place was originally worth.
